We are looking for examples where heterogeneity is present and/or biologically important, yet cannot be described in the current encoding strategy of PDBx/mmCIF files. We are hoping to obtain diverse examples from X-ray or cryo-EM, including time-resolved data, multiple maps, or fragment-screening data.
