Sharing as We Go

The DiffUSE Project is built on Astera Institute’s commitment to radical transparency. We share our data, methods, and reasoning continuously – not just after results are final. In line with Astera’s Open Science Policy, all of our research outputs are designed to be FAIR: Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable.

We believe that unlocking protein dynamics requires not just new methods, but new ways of working together openly. By publishing our work as it happens, we maximize its potential for broad reach, impact, and reuse – and we invite others to build on what we find.

Our Open Science Resources

The DiffUSE Logbook – A real-time research notebook cataloging synchrotron experiments, X-ray datasets, and unfiltered scientific analyses.

DiffUSE Dispatches – Blog posts from our scientists on methods, discoveries, and reflections on working openly.

The DiffUSE GitHub – A live home for the code, scripts, and analysis pipelines behind our science. We push our work as it takes shape so the community can read, fork, and reuse it immediately, not only at the end of a project.
